As an Integrative Health Practitioner, women's health functional nutrition specialist, and a certified personal trainer, my expertise spans a wide range of women's health issues. My journey began in women's health, pre & postnatal corrective exercise, supported by my background as a physical therapist assistant. Since 2012, I’ve been dedicated to empowering women to feel stronger and more confident in their bodies, leading to a happier and healthier life. Along the way, I’ve fine-tuned my fitness strategy to not only yield the best results but also ensure it's enjoyable and sustainable. I’m a wife and a mom of three, and my own postpartum recovery reshaped my entire perspective on fitness and well-being.

This personal experience revolutionized my approach, shifting my focus from just physical fitness to a more holistic view of health. I quickly learned the significance of functional health over mere appearance, like the importance of pelvic strength over striving for a perfect six-pack. My mission evolved to help other moms and moms-to-be to restore their core, build strength, and find confidence in their bodies.
