I have created the BEST (safe + effective) workout programs for women. I love helping women look and feel their best by incorporating simple lifestyle + nutritional habits and exercise. All my clients have access to me as their trainer and women's health coach to answer their questions at any time.

These workouts are M-F at 5:30AM CST LIVE via zoom and recordings are uploaded right after workout is complete to access on your own time.
♦️Workouts consist of Full Body Strength and Conditioning with or without dumbbells, body weight pilates, yoga poses, corrective exercise movements. I show modifications for all exercises we do!
♦️Monday, Wednesday and Friday are full body strength and conditioning workouts with interval training setup.
Tuesdays are Yoga with strength/stretch and postural corrective exercises.
Thursdays are Pilates- focused on abs, core stability, and pelvic floor.
Full body strength and conditioning workouts with special focus on improving posture, alignment, core and pelvic floor strength.

HI! I'M KRYSTINE
I am glad you're here!
I'm a certified personal trainer and women's health functional nutrition specialist. I specialize in women's health, pre & posnatal corrective exercise and background as a physical therapist assistant. I’ve been helping women to feel stronger and gain more confidence in their bodies to live a happier and healthier life, since 2012. During that time I have refined my fitness strategy to provide the best results while having fun. I am a wife and mom of 3.
My Postpartum recovery changed everything for me. My purpose. My mission. My idea of being “fit”. And fitness in general. To continue my vision in helping other moms and moms-to-be restore their core and build strength, function and confidence within their body.
I truly found my message in my own mess.
I realized quickly how unimportant having 6pack abs was and how damn important it is to be able to sneeze 3 times in a row or pick your baby up and not leak....
In the KE FITNESS QUEEN TEAM PROGRAM you will learn how to build amazing habits for how you workout and eat.
Exercise, healthy eating and lifestyle habits are not only great for your body, they go together to help you feel happier, more optimistic, and give you more energy. I love seeing how women transform both mentally and physically when they incorporate exercise and healthy eating habits into their lifestyle. I write out new workouts for every day of the week to keep it positive and fun, so that it is easy for you to make the workouts part of your daily routine. I want to offer you a program that you can stick with for life!
