I'm Krystine Ernest, a certified personal trainer, women's health coach, certified group fitness instructor, certified nutritional coach, corrective exercise specialist, pregnancy & postpartum exercise specialist, and physical therapist assistant. I’ve been training women to feel strong and confident in their bodies since 2012.

What can you expect from a KE FITNESS program?

KE FITNESS online programs are designed to fit around your busy life. The programs are accessed online and self-paced as needed. You will learn proven corrective exercises that help pregnant or postpartum mommas with Diastasis Recti, Pelvic Floor Dysfunction (weakness, leaking, tightness and prolapse), low back pain and so much more. Nutritional and daily habit coaching along with accountability and lifestyle tips.
