Womens Workouts LIVE and On-demand

These workouts are M-F at 5:30AM CST LIVE via zoom and recordings are uploaded right after workout is complete to access on your own time.

♦️Workouts consist of Full Body Strength and Conditioning with or without dumbbells to body weight Pilates to Yoga poses to corrective exercise movements. I show modifications for all exercises we do!

♦️Monday, Wednesday and Friday are full body strength and conditioning workouts with interval training setup.
Tuesdays are strength/stretch and postural workouts (Yoga/Pilates)
Thursdays are focused on abs/core pelvic floor (Pilates)
