Move Your Body Workouts + Women's Health Functional Nutrition Coaching

  • Live and On-Demand Workouts: Perfect for getting fit, toning up, strengthening, weight loss, confidence building, hormone balancing, core and pelvic floor restoration, and metabolism boosting. Join me, your certified personal trainer and women’s health coach, for live workouts M-F at 5:30 AM CST via Zoom, with recordings available for flexible access.

  • Workout Variety: Full body strength and conditioning (M, W, F), strength/stretch and postural workouts (Tuesdays - Yoga/Pilates), and core/pelvic floor focus (Thursdays - Pilates). Special attention is given to posture, alignment, core, and pelvic floor strength.
