- For days when you're short on time, dive into our concise 15-minute workouts. These are specially designed to target key areas:
- Split Upper Body: Focus on strengthening and toning your upper body muscles.
- Split Lower Body: Work on your lower body for strength and endurance.
- Core: Concentrate on core exercises for stability and core muscle health.
- Essentials include a mat, sturdy chair, dumbbells, long resistance band, loop band, and a 9-inch ball. A foam roller is optional but recommended.
